Aster Pilot 001 — Execution Record

Pilot: Aster Pilot 001

12. Failure Labels

Where applicable, use only the predefined labels:

  • Omission
  • Contradiction
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Relationship loss
  • Authority or status error
  • Premature closure
  • Historical distortion

A label must not be added merely because an output is undesirable.

If an observed failure cannot be represented adequately by this taxonomy, record it separately as:

UNCLASSIFIED OBSERVED FAILURE

Do not modify the frozen taxonomy during the run.

13. Protocol Deviations

Record every known deviation.

ID Stage Deviation Reason Potential Effect

If none occurred, record:

NONE OBSERVED

14. Ground-Truth Issues

Record any possible defect discovered in the frozen reference material.

ID Property / Rule Issue Discovery Stage Affected Evaluation

Do not silently repair the ground truth during the run.

17. Pilot Methodological Outcome

Complete only after execution and evaluation.

This section concerns the viability of the experimental method.

It is not a test of the broader research hypothesis.

Evaluate whether Pilot 001 demonstrated that:

  • reconstruction could be observed;
  • reconstruction could be evaluated against frozen properties;
  • local task success could be separated from conservation;
  • authorized semantic change could be distinguished from degradation;
  • deliberately unresolved state could be evaluated;
  • agent replacement could be executed without conversational transfer;
  • project-state trajectories could be preserved for audit;
  • the evaluation categories were sufficiently usable.

Methodological outcome:

Observed limitations:

Required protocol revisions:

Interpretation Boundary

Do not convert Pilot 001 observations into claims that:

  • long-horizon AI generally degrades project state;
  • a particular representation is superior;
  • agent replacement causes degradation;
  • Operational Project Alignment has been validated;
  • Horizonte has been validated.

Pilot 001 is a methodological pilot.

Its primary result is whether the proposed experimental procedure can be executed and evaluated coherently.
