What does the whitelist give you?
Something that will never exist again once Genesis has passed:
ACCESS TO THE BEGINNING.
For the first 60 minutes after trading is enabled, BUY access is restricted to whitelisted wallets under the applicable Smart Contract rules.
After that first-hour window, general BUY access opens under the applicable rules.
There will only ever be one first hour.
10 BILLION SOLUM?
The initial MAX_TX is:

That is a transaction limit.
It is not an allocation.
Being whitelisted does not give you 10 billion SOLUM for free and does not guarantee that you will be able to acquire that amount.
